The company focused on three areas i.e. Healthcare, Consumer Lifestyle, and Lighting. Around 1895, Anton joined Philips. Anton was Gerard’s brother. He was an excellent manager and a salesman. He was an engineer and had a big contribution in business ideas. Solution: The "Yellow Booklet" won't be dubbed without agreement. Instead of reducing the number of products, new products could be launched at different price. Local plants shouldn't get shut down while focusing on IPCs, instead work should first be done in local plants.
Justification: When Ven reimsdijk become ceo. his biggest mistake was that he dubbed the"yellow Booklet" without an agreement because of that it become increasingly complex. he should not dubbed it without aagreement which create serval problems. after that heallow philips to reduce the no. of product and increase the product flow cross NOs.
