Introduction:
The founder of the Philips Company was Gerard Philips and his father, Federik founded in Eindoven in 1891. Federik, financed the purchase, he is a banker in Zaltbommel setup of a modest, empty building in Eindhoven, and in 1892 the company started the production of carbon-filament lamps and other electro technical products. The changes are made in the first factory and used it as a museum. It is a Dutch technology company headquartered in Amsterdam with main separations focused mainly on the areas of lightings, healthcare and lightings. It is structured into three important divisions they are: 1.Philips lighting 2.Philips healthcare like medical system 3.Phillips consumer life style such as Philips electronics for consumer, personal care, and Philips domestic appliances. Two models dimensional approaches are taken by Philips Company that is ecological and social it improves people’s lives. Green product portfolio determined the ecological dimension such as energy- efficient lighting.
Objectives:
Philips company’s object is to improve the value of the shareholders in the company and continuously working hard to get proper market for their product, in order to become nationally and internationally competitive it is necessary to reengineer the company by paying particular attention to quality, cost, and delivery in all its activities. Establishing the newer technology products, it is one of the good quality product it bring changes to the people. . It provides continuous service according to the customer need. In this way it is stick to mission statement.
