On 05/23/16, at 6:48pm, I was dispatched to 4398 Circle Drive on a dog on dog attack, known owner of attack dog. I arrived at the house and spoke to complainant Philip Harte, who stated that he was outside in the garage with his dog. His dog was relieving himself outside the garage when Mr. Harte heard a commotion he went to see what it was. As he was turning the corner of the garage he saw his dog pinned down by a pit bull; Mr. Harte was able to get the pit bull off his dog. At that time owner of the pit bull Martha Linnabary came out and retrieved her dog. Mr. Harte took his dog to the vet; his dog had a puncture wound to his front left leg that required a staple to close the wound. Pictures were taken of the dog and its wounds. Mr.
