“Soccer mania has a definite foothold in Central Florida and the man who triggered it is Phil Rawlins,” UCF President John Hitt said as he introduced Orlando City Soccer Club Founder and President Phil Rawlins to a room of about 130 UCF students, faculty, staff and soccer fans.
