Built on a tripod of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship, Phi Sigma Pi strives to improve our community and raise awareness of social issues impacting local citizens.

Why Donate?

I would like to end my essay with a quote by Mother Teresa: “We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do,” which to me is very accurate, because many times by just being there for a person, family, or community during a time of need can mean so much more to them, then what we actually think.…

National Junior Honor Society is a great opportunity for me, and is an organization that I really hope to be in. I love doing service not because I am forced to, but I get to be with my friends and is also a way for me to give back to the community. I love helping the needy and have participated in countless activities. For example, I was a part of a group that put together care kits for the homeless, picked up trash at a park, and created blankets for the needy. Being in NJHS will give me a chance to find even more ways to do more service and become a leader.…

My number one cause is factory jobs going to other countries, which is going to receive six hundred thousand. Second, homelessness would be nonexistent due to people having more jobs and my donation of three hundred thousand. Lastly, the income gap between the rich and poor would be substantially lower and the middle class population would increase dramatically due to more job opportunities in the United States of America and the final donation of my million dollars of one thousand dollars.…
