If I am selected to become a member of this prestigious organization, I will strive to become the best leader possible. Furthermore, I can bring enthusiasm, boldness, and vision to the Phi Beta Lambda organization.

If a leader is enthusiastic and optimistic, the followers become confident in their actions. Also, all leaders must be unapologetic risk takers and they cannot be afraid of rejection or failure. I understand that all members of Phi Beta Lambda must have a large amount of boldness
