Phelps County Animal Welfare League is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization operating out of Rolla, Missouri. Rolla, Missouri is a city in the South Central part of Missouri and the population was 19,5559 at the last census. PCAWL focuses on the city of Rolla, but also supports the area of Phelps County, which has a population of 45,156. Founded in 2006, PCAWL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of dogs and cats in Phelps County, Missouri focusing on spay/neuter programs and other initiatives to help animals in Phelps County. The organization is entirely volunteer run and has no paid staff on hand.

The Animal Protection Grant program is perfectly suited to PCAWL’s efforts to raise public awareness on the issue of spaying and neutering your pets and support their low cost spay and neuter initiatives. The Animal Protection Grant guidelines work with these initiatives.
