Jim Crow laws were racial segregation which meant that whites could do this and blacks could only do that. Jim Crow laws basically took the right of blacks from being a citizen even though they were born in the US. They both relate to the 14th amendment and how it violated them. If DACA were to be taken away it would mainly and mostly affect anyone that was born outside the United States. On the other hand Jim Crow Laws only affected African Americans. Jim Crow laws would also lead to the rise of Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, and all those amazing leaders who lead us all take a step towards equal rights.
Even though these events are very similar they still have a difference to them, such as DACA. DACA is an organization set up by Obama and now Trump wants to get rid of it. Also Jim Crow Laws were enforced by the government to segregate African Americans and whites from doing and from going certain places. It also meant that white people could have gotten physical towards black people and black people couldn’t do anything about it to not get in
