Peyton Manning is a National American Football Quarterback who played eighteen seasons in the NFL. Manning is 6’5”, weighs 230lbs, and is 40 years old. He was born on March the 24th in 1976, and graduated from tennessee. He has been with Indianapolis Colts for 13 years, and he then switched over to the Denver Broncos. In May of 2011, Peyton Manning suffered from a neck injury, which caused him to have surgery on his neck. This endangered his NFL career. After all the procedures that the doctors did manning could not throw a football. Due to the surgery and everything manning’s range of motion had decreased making him unable to form a throwing motion. Luckily Doctors did a spinal fusion procedure in response, But they did not know if his body would heal properly due to his age. This meant that he couldn’t use the colts trainers or facilities. He looked for a place to rehab, without being observed because he didn't want anyone to see his arm in such a feeble condition. Peyton’s old friend Todd Helton, was first basemen for the Colorado Rockies. He suggested that he come out to Denver where he can come workout secretly, and get treatment from the Rockies Trainers, who were accustomed to dealing with arms. The first pass Manning threw post-surgery was to Helton, and they were so concerned with privacy that they took it to an underground batting cage. His career was in
