Petty Officer Storm is highly recommended for the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his sustained superior performance of duties while serving as Assistant Leading Petty Officer, Command Training Coordinator, EKMS Local Element, Enlisted Information Warfare Coordinator, Trusted Agent, Official Information Exchange Administrator and Site Duty Officer (SDO) at U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS), Far East Detachment Chinhae Korea from March 2016 to March 2017.

As the Command Training Coordinator, he developed and planned a short and long range training plan that efficiently tracked all required Information Systems Technician certifications, general military training and in-rate topics. He directly trained, mentored, boarded and qualified seven Site Duty Officers and seven Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) users; a major contributor to the overall watch flexibility. His efforts contributed to sustained command readiness and resulted in the advancement of two Sailors to the next higher paygrade.

- Meticulous Manager. As the command EKMS Local Element Manager, he inventoried and maintained 15 Controlled Cryptographic Items resulting in an outstanding score during the command's Command Cyber Readiness Inspection and EKMS Central Office of Record audit
