Retail is probably one of the most underappreciated jobs, more often than not customers are rude, demanding, and entitled. The variety of people that flow in and out of the automatic door makes each day unique. In addition there are the politics of working for a corporation and the constant change and growth that come with consumer demand.
Jordyn started PetSmart in September 2016 as a cashier, her exceptional communication skills were noticed quickly and she was moved onto the floor whenever possible. Customer service is always a focus at PetSmart and Jordyn’s charm and critical thinking skills made her not only a customer favorite, but exceptional addition to the PetSmart team. The leaders at PetSmart began giving her more and more responsibility
