Petr, a businessman who generates an abundance of referrals to my company, has brought in a gentleman seeking a loan to purchase a tractor and trailer. Petr has witnessed my passion for helping people, who are oftentimes over-looked or denied by other institutions and not willing to negotiate or make exceptions. Ed has his financial relationship with BB&T, which I inquired why he didn’t apply with BB&T. He was approved at BB&T, but Petr felt that BB&T was priced way too high; that they were taking advantage of the fact that Ed had no idea that a 15.9% interest rate was very high. Petr explained that Ed is trying to make more money, in order to do that he needs to buy a truck with a trailer that transports cars. Before the company signs a contract with Ed, proof of ownership of a trailer with inventory trailer must be provided.
