When I was younger, if you had asked me who my favorite Disney character was I probably would have said, "Snow White." This wasn't because she fell in love or saved her kingdom, but simply because I hated apples and I could argue that apples were poisoned until the adult trying to force me into eating this apple, gave up and left me alone.
Of course, now if you asked me the exact same question, I would say one of the following. Peter Pan or The Cheshire Cat. I can't choose which one is better, to be honest. If you were to ask me why I chose these two characters, here would be my explination.
I choose Peter Pan because he never had to grow up, he got to stay a child forever. And The Cheshire Cat because he never really seemed to care about

Every character in a story has a unique trait about them. Some characters possess great leadership qualities, others can think rationally and outside the box, and a few were power hungry and wanted dominion. In the Lord of the Flies, by William Golding, in which the boys are trapped on the island due to a plane crash, Piggy was classified as the sidekick of Ralph and acted as the adviser of the leaders. While the boys were fooling around and attempting to survive on the island, Piggy represents rationalism, loyalty and civilization. However, despite all of Piggy’s great qualities of being able to think big picture, he was very flawed, most likely the most flawed character in the book.…

J.M. Barrie’s real-life experiences, especially the impact of his brother’s death, directly influenced the characters, plot, and themes of “Peter Pan”. James had the misfortune of having to live in his brother’s, David Barrie’s, shadow as David was considered his mother’s favorite son. His death would later lead to the characterization of Peter Pan and his background story. Margaret Ogilvy’s (David’s and James’ mother) reaction to David’s death would eventually lead to the mother-worship theme, presented in the formation of the character Wendy.…

I feel that piggy is the most important character in the society because piggy knows what to do when somebody is in danger or think of something that will help society. He helps with the boys that are in danger and tells ralph what to do when there is a situation that he cannot control. Another reason is in the beginning of the story where the plane crash and the only two characters that were introduced was ralph and piggy so that gives an idea showing who is going to be the main characters. Piggy’s personality traits to survive is that he is smart and helpful. The boys never thought that they could use Piggy’s glasses to make a fire but Piggy did.…

In the play Peter Pan: Or, The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up, Pan is portrayed as an individual that walks the line and exists between a real and imaginary character. He does not fit into one category because he contains qualities of both fairies and humans. For example, Pan demonstrates human qualities by having emotions, such as being slightly narcissistic and having responsibilities like humans such as being the captain for the lost boys that he watches over. He plays the role of an imaginary character by having the ability to fly, being associated with magical fairies and living in a liminal world called Neverland with the lost boys. He represents being part of the fairy world by teaching the Darling children how to fly and pouring magical…

Sir James Matthew Barrie arrived into this world on May 9, 1860, in Kirriemuir, Angus, Scotland as the ninth of ten children. His father, although poor, found moderate success as a hardworking small town weaver. James’ parents, not wanting their children to know poverty, instilled in their children the values of ambition, hard work, and a thirst for education. His father, David, grew up without many opportunities, and after having ten children of his own knew he had to give them more than he had. All ten of the intelligent Barrie children had opportunities and attended school in preparation for their careers.…
