With Peter’s consent, I was able to complete the legal status screening section, educational and leisure recreational and abuse/neglect/exploitation sections with mom. The result indicates that Peter experienced neglect and abuse, as a child, at the hands of his father. His mother provided medical records of Peter’s hospitalizations that were due to physical abuse. Peter mother was diagnosed with major depression when she was eighteen-years-old. Peter’s father died of liver-failure of years of experiencing Bipolar-Disorder and alcohol disorder.
