The mission statement of the Peter Cicchino Youth Project is to work to ensure that youth involved in the streets does not reach poverty as well as to provide those aged out of foster care has access to food, shelter, income, healthcare, legal immigration status also education. They do this through the use of case management skills and community education. Their structure is a small agency connected with a larger nonprofit organization. The agency consists of a Director and four Staff Attorneys along with a Manager. They get funding through private foundations, city, the state and individual
