When it comes to rights, it is the governments job to handle them. Rights are things that people are entitled to, such as the right to free speech, the right to a fair trial, and the right to no cruel or unusual punishment. Because the issues here revolve around first and fourth amendment rights, this case is about constitutional law, and the main question is whether protecting the safety of a minor is worth restricting the constitutional rights of a sex offender.
