When conducting the SWOT analysis to help develop a marketing strategy you know high quality of products is a major strength and one you’ll have to use to take the focus off one of the products weaknesses, higher price. Granted, no one wants to pay more and in return the product is no different from the next pet food. With this in mind identifying the difference like all natural additive free would set you apart from your competitor because nine times out of ten their product has more additives and not as natural.
