After Britain exits from the European Union, Britain become hard relationship with EU country. That affect the private schools. So that it is not easy to get new students from other country. Government also want to attend more students to state school from EU countries and other foreign countries. If government make fees limit and population limit, it can also affect the private schools. Lots of cultural differences, e.g. changes in how children are brought up, changes in men’s and women’s roles. Most of parents want their children to attend the private school than state school because parents think them self when their children finish in private school, they can get a lot of opportunity for their life. Oakleaf is among the best twenty private schools in the UK in terms of academic achievement and many pupils go on to top positions in government and business. After students are graduated from private school in top ten, they can go to the ranked University. The city is full of trees, fresh air and beautiful places, that is nice place for students and private schools. The school (Oakleaf) facilities include nine science labs, two computer suites, two language labs, and a well-stocked library, in addition to Olympic caliber sports and fitness facilities and a fully kited out video technology suite.

1. Schools cost a lot in staff and building, These cost take up most of the budget and the pressure to improve standards and deliver effective teaching and learning is immense. Giving the scholarship can keep the old students not to move the other school. Make a lot of events in theatre and call mothers, students and their friends. Now a day social media is widely use all around the world. So making marketing plan on the social media can effect on Oakleaf Park House.
2. Private schools become more crowded and more complex after the school market changes. School will perform better if school can create better relationships with parents, teachers, local employers, the local media, former students and other stakeholders.
