3.4 PESTEL Analysis
A PESTEL analysis is an outline or device used by dealers to study and monitor the external marketing environment reasons that have an effect on an organisation. The outcome of which is used to recognize threats and weaknesses which is used in a SWOT analysis. The test classifies all the social, technological, economic, environmental and legal influences that may pose as threats that in turn may be of result to the company.
