Pest Analysis Turffstuff

The increasing use of analytical techniques helps the organisation to observe the internal and external working environment of the company as well as the market place so is to formulate their strategy and operate in the marketplace. In case of Tuffstuff, it is observed that the CEO of the company wants to formulate a business report for the company by means of PEST and SWOT analysis of Tuffstuff and Rwanda to expand their business in the Sub-Saharan country Rwanda. The first part of the research paper was based on organisational structure, its types and appropriate organisational structure for Tuffstuff to help them expand their business operation. It further proceeds with types of analytical tools and their advantages and disadvantages and alternative options for Tuffstuff to use them instead of PEST analysis. In a flat structure, the front-line representatives are enabled to settle on a scope of decisions individually. Information flow starting from the top and from the base up in a level structure, which means the flow of communication from top-level administration to forefront representatives and from front-line employees back to top administration (Stanford, 2015).
Tall Organisational Structure
Unlike flat organisational structure, tall organisational structure has different layers of management, and also bureaucracies that increases the level of policies within the organisation among their employees. In a tall structure, the top management of the company settle on most operational decisions, and power must be picked up from a few layers up before making a move. The flow of data is for the most part restricted in a tall structure starting from the top to various department heads and then to employees.
