In the memo, the author may have thought that according to the research conducted by his team,HobCo and people of Gilldon will benefit, if hobby shop is opened in the southeastern side of city. However, author lacks proving his point by missing details, which might have swayed the company to open business in mentioned place. He mentions his team completed a reaserch on suitable building sites but fails to provide stats about what is total population and what was the sample size considered for this research as "suitable building sites" may not represent whole city's residents.

Citing there are no hobby shops near southeastern Gilldown,the author reports that opening a shop in south east of Gilldon will be beneficial for company. It is not clear,
