Thesis Statement: All generations change and we learn to embrace it but this text messaging generation is losing some of the most basic abilities. Text messaging affects teenager’s social skills, writing abilities and ability to drive safely.

The days of talking and listening to “Aunt Sally’s” anecdote might be long gone.
