Persuasive Summary: Gun Safety And Gun Control

How many people have used or been around firearms? Everyone has seen firearms on television or in a movie here or there but how many of you have actually been around them and know anything about them? The answer is only about 4 in 10 people in America actually claim to own a gun. So there is a good chance that people have been around a firearm or at least know someone who has one. That being established how many of them actually have some form of training with said firearm. The answer is not a lot. There are quite a few people that have gotten out of the military that keep firearms as well but they can still make mistakes with them as well as the civilian populace. If the civilian populace had more training with the safety of firearms there would be a lot less accidents. Even with all of these people getting out of the military there are still quite a few that are civilians and don’t have the gun safety training. There should be a law that states …show more content…
It was kind of a mix between the two of them and was tailored to the area they were living in at the time. With doing it this way people in different areas can customize it to fit their laws and customs. Obviously in bigger towns they won’t need them for hunting a lot unless they go out of town to do it. They would generally use it more for protection so they could have it in a quick lock that has a fingerprint identifier or other similar gun case with a lock on it. Where living out in the country you wouldn’t want to have something that would take too long to get into just in case an animal started attacking or coming to close to your home. Such as bears or mountain lions. Which both of these animals are starting to get braver and come closer to the homes of people especially the ones that live out in more wilderness areas. So for those people they would need their guns unlocked more than someone in a city
