After my persuasive speech about why people should study Chinese, I felt relieved and confident. I delivered this speech within the time limits, spoke two languages in a confident manner, and engaged my audience. While I walked out feeling good about my speech, I could also point out everything that went wrong. My video link did not play where I wanted, but it did not fluster me. Then, I forgot to provide more of a background for my sources and repeat the questions when asked, but acknowledging mistakes is the first step to rectifying them. Overall, my persuasive speech went well and could have benefited from some alterations, but I am proud for finishing my last speech on a positive note.
