Persuasive Speech

There is a dark cloud of war hovering above us, and what are we going to about this? As you all know a big war is going on right now, and it is one of England’s greatest threats ever. Though I am a Tory, I believe that the rebels are winning this war. So we need to take matters into our own hands and assassinate Washington. If Washington is dead, we will be ahead in this war. But even more importantly, when we kill Washington we will be rewarded greatly.

When we kill Washington, most of the South will turn into neutrals or switch to the winning side, the British. They will switch because Washington is a strong general from the South, and he is one of the main reasons the South are in this war. But the north
