One of the bus in Alabama that Rosa Parks boarded in, got more white people that the driver’s expected so the driver told the blacks people to move back one more row. There are four people who sit on the first row of the coloured people. Rosa Parks was also sitting on the first row for the coloured people. 3 of them obeyed the driver’s order unlike Rosa Parks, she refused to move because she knew she was on the right seat. Because of her act of refusal, she got arrested. From that day until now, many people have gotten inspired by her story including the name that is familiar to us Dr. Martin Luther King. Although Rosa Parks was not famous but her story inspired many people around the world. Due to her story, many people are brave now to fight for justice. They are no longer scared of being mistreat. Just because he flirted with a young white woman, it doesn’t mean that he needed to be murdered!. Actually there were several people who got arrested before Rosa Parks for doing the same thing as her. It’s just that Rosa Parks’s story is more popular to the society. Rosa Parks is also important because she have once helped Martin Luther King, Jr to free black people. She also believe in freedom and she also believe that we all should be treated the same. This is shown in one of her quotes “I would like to be known as a person who is concerned about freedom and equality and justice and prosperity for all people.” I really admire Rosa Parks because she is not a person who just follows everything but she evaluates it first before following it so if it is bad then she will not follow.
