My specific purpose is: To show the impact of changing curriculum and learning environment on students without notification. Introduction
A. Changing curriculum without notification or updating college catalog.
B. Any changes made without notification could not only impact the college, but also the students.
C. Changes that carry the potential of affecting students, especially students with disabilities should be reviewed by faculty and DSPS.

Changing without notice affects their ability to be successful.
No changes allowed after approval and descriptions are placed for students to evaluate.
Any changes must be approved and students must be notified.
Return a tuition, if classes are not with the student pay for.
Teacher must verify the level students of the through their testing scores, to confirm capabilities.
Step #1 the on-campus approval of the proposed new undergraduate program first requires review and approval by department and school committees
Step #2 of Plan: no change is once approved.
Step #3 of Plan: students should have the right to back out and have to assure returned without any consequences.
Step #4 of Plan: teachers must closely follow the description and the book required for the class.
Main point #3 the community should have the right to verify approved academic curriculum. And notify the educational board of any drastic changes.
