Organ Donation
My purpose is to convince the audience that lack of organ donations is a problem (need step) and show them that registering to donate after they pass away is the solution (solution step). I will convince them to register online or at the DMV to donate their organs (action step) by showing them the benefits and practically of the plan (visualization step).
I. Introduction
A. Who here are glad that their organs are working properly within their own body? Have you ever thought about what would happen if one or more of them started to fail or shut down? Do you think that situation would be terrifying?
B. My cousin was on the transplant waiting list for eight months for a heart transplant that would never come.

Live is unpredictable and we never know when a person in our life or our self will end up needing an organ transplant.
D. My cousin was that 16-year-old girl, who simply needed a heart transplant. We never thought in a million years that her heart would start shutting down before she even was able to start her life.
E. This isn’t simply a horrible thing that happens to strangers, it can happen even in your family, wouldn’t you want someone to donate an organ to save your family members life?
Transition: There are multiple ways you can become a hero by donating your organs today.

A. By registering to donate you can better the chances of the people who are stuck on that dreaded list.
