First of all, I think low rate of vaccination in schools is due to the false believe of parents, schools board, and schools staff that MMR vaccine have side effects that can lead to health complication such as autism in children. As a public health profession, I think it is very important to educate parents and schools leaders about the benefits of MMR vaccine. The best way to educate them will be through a meeting, in which I will invite some doctors, parents, and school staff. Doctors and healthcare worker are the most trusted resource, they play an important role when it comes to diseases; therefore, I will have them to explain in detail the audience the reason why parents should allow their children to be vaccinated.
