Essay On Slacker Teachers

After years of roaming the halls of your high school, especially in a small town such as I, you have already detected the various types of teachers. We don’t do this on purpose, but how can you not pay attention to who cares about your future and who is there for a paycheck? Some teachers have been here since our parents attended and can relate to the same generalizations that we have come to and that opinion is passed for years to come. There are instructors who appeal more to some than others, as well as some that don’t appeal to anyone. How to distinguish between distinctive qualities of respected teachers and the ones who are looked at in humor is the actions they present to their work every day.
The most commonly known teacher among students would be the slacker. You have to know this teacher because you are able to do whatever you want in their class and they literally don’t care. Need to go to the bathroom? Go. Want to be on your phone? Do it. Want to walk around the school? Go. This teacher would let you get away with anything and everything possible. One of the biggest slacker teachers in my high school let’s us get on our phones, come to class however late we want, and lets us decide when we have tests. They always have to do everything perfect and please all the older teachers. Most of the time these do-gooders are newbies, but that isn’t always the case. They’re always a bit shaky and seem as if they are questioning their own moves. This is because they actually have no idea what they are doing, but they want to make it seem as if they do to impress the older staff. Do-gooders usually make a student or the class do things that appear ridiculous. Often times, they also chime in at awkward moments and their directions are meaningless.
