You're sitting in class and your stomach is starting to grumble and rumble like thunder. Finally, your teacher shouts lunch time, your face lights up. But hold on, what exactly are you eating?
School lunches provide a good variety of choices, you can choose salad or pizza, apples or Fries. We might have choices but, when it comes down to choosing, kids don’t have enough education about what goes into there body. There could be long term effects from those guilty pleasures. A consistent diet of junk food can later lead to heart problems, and diabetes amongst other things. Food fuels your body, and if you don't have good fuel, your engine won't run.
