Introduction:
The list of endangered species grows each year and more and more animals die each day from being poached. The Red Panda has less than 10,000 individuals left in the world, from us destroying their home and themselves. These creatures are facing the worst problem, their populations are rapidly going down. It may not seem like an animal that helps out in any way but actually the do. Even though they lay around sleeping they do help our environment.
The Red panda is a small and gentle creature who lives in parts of the jungle and when the mother has cubs with her she is extremely careful and protective. Poachers go and kill for their furs to sell for hundred of dollars. Each year their species is dying out and on the

Even though some tails are not for much use, but with a red panda they keep balance and help them in hiding from enemy’s. In the winter they wrap their tails around their body to keep warm, but they spend most of their time sleeping and living trees. The females live in about a 1 mile radius while the men live twice that size because females will stay in one spot to raise her young while the males go off until next breeding season. For the red panda is a mammal and usually eats bamboo, but when the weather is warm they will still eat fruits and bugs. The food increase and decrease for the bamboo during parts of the years are caused by deforestation and the weather causing the plants do …show more content…
This is a very big surprise because many elder would know more then the young but in this survey the younger people have more technology than what the elders did back then. (Image3) In the study of the Red panda shows that more people know that the Red Panda is going extinct then what others have thought. There were 37.5% that had said no to the Red Panda being extinct and 62.5% had said yes, possible the more who said yes were very interested in finding animals that they always wanted know more about animals than those who had said no.(Image4) The next question that was asked was do you know where they live. There was 32 people who had said Forests and only 1 who said they lived in a desert, (Image5) During the research many have found out that the Red panda eats more than what was thought. The question that What does the Red Panda eat? Only 7 people said that the ate Bamboo, Berries and bugs, 10 have said the ate only berries, and only 1 person had said that the only ate Bamboo and Berries. 8 have said that the strictly ate Bamboo only. 2 have said they ate only berries and bugs while the last two said that they ate only bugs.(Image6) The hypothesis The more questions to ask would be Why would people kill them if they know that they are going extinct? And would you ever hurt them in any way? They hypothesis
