Persuasive Speech On Elderly Driving

So, now you all know why mandatory biennial driving tests should be put in place for the elderly. You know how cognitive, visual, and motor impairments are the main cause of fatal crashes, how testing of those abilities have helped prevent crashes, and how important it is to test them because of the growing number of elder drivers. I would like you all to consider my bill because if it were put in place, it could lower the number of elders in fatal crashes from 17 percent to none.
