Throughout the years music of many different kinds have been born. Their is pop, country, rap, and rock. Rock music was born and very popular in the 80’s. And through the years it has grown. One thing about rock music is that they are usually written by the band and not with help, and they tell a story about the bands life. Todays pop and rap are more so up beat and good songs, but they don’t always have a meaning behind them. Rock music is away to let go and tell people about yourself. And as was heard from Nikki Sixx at the beginning of this month, never give up on your dreams because you can do anything. All music deserves a chance to be heard. Rock music at times is misunderstood, and everyone should at least try and listen to it.
The Rock and Roll hall of fame had just finished its most ambitious project since the museum was completed in 1995. A four story, 22,000 square foot library full of priceless rock documents. Forty years ago the Stones embarked on a legendary tour to promote their new album Exile on Main St. Rock music brings liveliness to the band and to the people. Rock bands when playing can just let go and play crazy, hard, and unique music, that helps to inspire people and to tell a story. There is this Experience Music Project in Seattle, where even if you don’t know how to play a musical instrument you may live out your musical fantasies. “ We want you to be overwhelmed and challenged.” This is what the EMP museum is all about. This museum provides information, telling stories, encouraging music and offering an engaging bond between family members.
