In my view, library and cafe are the nice choice for study. Of course, you can learn how to block the noise when you can’t change the place such as put up your headphone and listen some soft absolute music. Next, turn off all unnecessary electronics. Turn off any electronics that you don't need, especially mobile phones, music listening devices, and perhaps computers. As you know, those electronic products always effect us can’t focus on work. It’s difficult to control ourselves checking whatsapp messages, read Facebook etc. So put them away is the best way to confirm you are focusing on studying maternal.
