Although many people disagree with competition, in reality competition leads to success, teaches individuals to evolve and connect to as a team, and it provides people with positive skills that aid them through the rest of their lives. Competition leads the gain of desire, will, and aspiration to strive for success. Children in sports carry a goal, and within that goal is the strength to endure more, to triumph, and achieve. However, one may think the only way to triumph is to win, consequently, that one's perspective. What about losing? They say one learn from mistakes, competition allows one to see his mistakes. Whether that’s learning a new stunt in gymnastics, tackling a faster time in swimming or hitting a ball further in softball it’s to try my hardest to achieve a goal.
