Will you approve SAFY to complete a diagnostic assessment on Cody for a level increase to secure the placement. The foster parent called explaining the youth biological mother does not want him to take medication. It may benefit Cody and the foster parent to provide additional services. Per foster parent reports Cody would meet medical necessity for a level one. Please provide your feedback.
