The idea of mining in the scenic rim is horrific. Right now at this stage we need to save the environment! Not destroy it! You’re also destroying people’s homes, lands. This is how people come homeless and helpless. You also need to think about all the living things like animals and plants. If you want this world to continue on living you need to support it, to protect it.
Mining takes heaps of land so that’s meaning heaps of people’s homes and lands (mostly the farmers). The farmers need their precious land to grow their crop. To make money, to survive in life. The land is their everything; if they lost their land they would lose their life’s work. Everything that they’ve put into life is into their land. You can’t take that away from them.
