During my time spent working in a hospital, I constantly saw people make unnecessary trips to the emergency room. I would see new mothers bring in their child over something simple like a scratchy throat, or a mild fever. We as humans tend to freak out over our children and think the worst, that every thing’s is a medical emergency and needs to be treated as soon as possible.
