The first argument is that testing on animals wrongly violates the rights of animals. The second argument is that it wrongly imposes on sentient creatures much avoidable suffering, although these arguments seem valid, they are flawed. They cannot be considered valid because of the misconceptions of animal rights and the misunderstanding of the calculation of consequence. Animals lack a capacity of free moral judgment. Animals are not beings that are capable of exercising or responding to moral claims, therefore, they do not have any rights and they cannot have any rights.…

Few examples exist that truly show how cruel people can be, and animal testing is high on the list. Imagine a beloved animal, caged in stainless steel, shaking, being analyzed for the effects of a new ingredient in a beauty product. Millions are drawn to protest the tests conducted for vanity, and some countries have already placed laws in action to ban the practice. The fight continues in the U.S. for the welfare of animals that are still undergoing vile tests so that people can have cosmetic products. The cry for justice grows louder as new technology allows far more accurate testing to be conducted, without ever involving innocent animals that will live out their lives and likely die in the laboratories, often as a result of the tests.…
