Argument For Animal Abuse

Almost 10 million pet dogs and cats are abused every year. And that’s only out of the cases that are actually reported. Every year, more and more animals and innocent pets die because of animal abuse and neglect. But do you think people should go to jail for it? I believe that people should go to jail for animal abuse for multiple reasons. First, the animals are physically put through so much unbearable pain. Secondly, the animals are mentally torn apart during the abuse. Finally, the abuser him or herself most likely has no issue with hurting the animals.
Animal abuse is a real issue today. They physical abuse ranges from beatings to starvation and dehydration. There have been multiple reports over these past years of animal abuse. Some of these reports include gruesome detail as to what has happened to these animals. For

The abusers themselves are the final topic of this argument. It has been shown that the abusers will oftentimes take out their aggression on animals. Other reasons abuse happens ranges from mental disorders to a missing education of proper animal care. For instance, according to healthguidence.com, some people “were treated violently by their parents and other people around them when they were young.” These people sometimes end up needing a way to take out their frustration, and so they turn to animals. Another reasoning for animal abuse is when people want their animals to do as they say. If the animal doesn’t follow the command, they will be beaten. This method of training an animal is not only wrong because the animal is put through pain, but it is wrong because somehow, people find that it is okay. Others main claim this is one of the only ways to properly train your dog or other animal, but abusing them can result in behavioral changes and physical injuries, therefore, this method of training is not the correct way to
