Smoking is psychological. At first, putting a cigarette on your finger and puff a little can become a habit forming routine. 1. Get ready to break free

5. Prepare spiritually
Moral values can be an issue this time. Not all of us are attending every Sunday mass, or a Sabbath mass. Being moral has a big point most especially for smokers smoking in public areas. We have to ask ourselves, “Am I a good person if I will smoke?” or “Am I a good father to my children if I will smoke?” It’s just common sense; we know the damage of tobacco, so why continue smoking?
6. Keep a record
During the next 24 to 48 hours, record every cigarette you smoke. You have to monitor all your activity that includes smoking.
