Dreams like airplanes flanked with wings are designed to fly and soar through the sky. But often times like broken down planes confined to its hangar, theydon’t come true.
There are several reasons forthis malaise. However, one or moreof these reasons is responsible for why many dreams are trapped and denied the bliss of soaring in the free skies above.
1. UNWILLINGNESS TO WORK
As passengers onboard an airplane are dependent on the pilot to fly them to their destinations, so are our dreams on us. The key to unlocking our dreams lies in hard work but unwillingness to work at it will only rob us of the beauty of seeing our dreamsflying in the sky.

DISCOURAGEMENT
Our dreams fail to come true because we focus more on the discouragement from people; people who did not even succeed. Often times we surround ourselves and cling tightly to people who discourage us that our dreams suffocate and die before they are born. For our dreams to come true, we must not keepcompany with those who discourage us because they are discouraged. “Evil communication corrupts good manners,” says the Bible.“Birds of the same feathers flock together,” goes the old saying.
5. DOUBT
Nothing grounds a dream like lack of confidence. Doubt in the mind of adreamer will kill his dream faster than the obstacles on the journey. It is important to know that we are responsible for the realization of our God-given dreams and must therefore feed ourdreams with faith until doubts are starved to death.
