Persuasive Essay: Why I Love Flying

Why I love flying I absolutely love flying and everything about it. Few things make me happier than knowing I’m getting on a plane to go to a new place. I love the feeling of traveling, the fact that I am soaring across the sky and everything else that goes with it. Flying has great convenience, freedom and a unique peacefulness to it. Flying has to be the of the best feelings I have ever felt before. Flying has great convince over driving cars. Instead of driving down a road with a 55 miles per hour speed limit, I can take to the sky where the speed limit is 288 miles per hour below 10,000 feet. On the other hand, above 10,000 feet the speed limit becomes mach 1 or the speed of sound. I can fly from Gaithersburg to Florida in about 4-5 hours compared to a 18 hour drive. Flying saves me so much time; cutting well over half the time of driving. Fast speeds of flying allows me to soar though …show more content…
One of the best things is the views. I get to sight see the beautiful wonder of the wolf from the sky at an angle that would be impossible to see from the ground. This eagle eye scenery give me a new unique perspective on the world. Being in the skying allows me to fully grasp how big and beautiful the world really is. The forests, the desserts and the farms is very unique to see from the air. Not only is flying beautiful but it helps me clear my mind. Flying gives me a cushion from all my problems and worries. When I'm in the air I have so many things to focus on like flying the plane and the scenery rather then any social issues. Therefore flying allows me to to enjoy the beautiful nature of the world and clears my mind from any problems, it feels great. In conclusion I absolutely love flying. It lets me experience the great outdoors at new levels. Seeing things I would not be able to see on the ground giving me a whole new perspective on life.
