Persuasive Essay Swimming

Kids from all over the world like to swim. So why don't we make it to where there are more sports for them to play while they are in the swimming pool? We could do surfing in the pool, basketball, football. The schools that have swimming as a sport should make it to where they can be able to play sports while swimming because they can get more people to join, get fit, and that the kids may get too competitive.

Altho it would probably be hard to do football in the pool, we could get way more kids to start swimming. When the kids are playing football, basketball, baseball etc. So for this we need to make it where the kids can have fun but at the same time the kids can learn how to play as a team. This would also be good for them because they can make new friends. This is also good for them because they can become fit. This would also be good for them because as it states in the article “The kids need to be active. So therefore we need to make more sports for them in the swimming pool” (Minnesota). Over all this would be good for the kids because we can get them to be more fit.

Like I said in the paragraph above this would be good for them to add more sports in the swimming pool. The reason it would be good for them to get more sports in the pool because they can get fit. This would be good because when they get fit they can try out for other sports. This would also be good because if they chose to do swimming then they can possibly go to the olympics. This would be good because then when the kids go to school they would not get made fun of because they can be one team and get in no fights and things like that. As it states in the text “Kids need to do sports so they can be pro's”

One activity that I would want to add to physical education would be Dodge ball. I want to add it because I think it is a good game, and I think that many other students in our school enjoy it too. If we were able to vote, in physical education, I think that many students would choose to add Dodge ball. The thing about Dodge ball that I think people enjoy is the friendly competition and facing off against their friends to see who wins. I think almost everyone can agree they enjoy a short friendly game of dodgeball.…

Firstly, the roll-out of compulsory lessons would be extremely beneficial for kids as the increase in drowning in young adults aged 15-24 years old is linked to a fall in the swimming and water safety skills of children over the past 10 years. In primary schools this year, nearly 50,000 children will finish school having almost no swimming skills. With this, the children will grow up in high school and adulthood with not even the basic necessities to swim. These kids won’t be able to swim non-stop for 400 metres nor be able to stay afloat with their head above water for more than two minutes, fully clothed.…
