Should kids have limited screen time? Well that is a tough one. Let’s get this straight though, kid s should have limited screen time. In this paper you are going to see why. The first thing we are going to talk about is, how too much screen time is bad for kids. Then we are going to talk about how many hours kids actually have screen time in a week and a day. Finally we are going to see how you can help your child have limited screen time. This is no joke so, let's go see why kids should have limited screen time.

Why is too much screen time bad for kids? Well you're probably thinking, “ My kid is responsible and having good grades.” Really it is not them it is what the screen itself can influence the kid who is watching the screen. You probably did not know that th screen can cause obesity to kids.How well kids will normally just sit like a couch potato and will not get any physical activity. Then usually kids will get board and then eventually will just eat. Usually kids will not get a healthy snack they would usually get some chips, candy, or etc. Then also the kids waist there time on their electronics and start missing out on family time. One of the worst things about screen time is that kids do not get as much sleep as usual, because of the blue light on the screen and that will make the kids brain more active. Now you know why too much screen time is dad for kids.
