Persuasive Essay: Seminole State University Parking System

Get to school early and there no parking, You end up having to park in the back of the parking lot. This is a big problem that Seminole State College,Sanford Lake Mary campus has. If you do not have an eight am class you will be parking in timbuktu. Seminole State needs to have better parking options to the buildings so you do not walk a mile to get to your class. Each year the number of students enrolling to Seminole State increases but the number of parking spots stays the same .There are many options to fix this problem, its just about finding right ones for the school. I think a parking garage should be something we really should consider. I think we should also invest into a shuttle system, also look in to monitoring the parking lots.Seminole state is probably going to say we can not afford to fix this problem, but I came up with a way to solve this too. A parking garage would give students an abundant more parking spots to park and also be in closer proximity to their classes whether you park on the first floor or the tenth you can just take an elevator down . Seven out of ten students that I surveyed also said that they think there should be more parking spots on campus. A parking garage can be as many levels as you want it to be.The parking garage could also be built on our current parking lots.Something that should be put into the parking garage is a light system for each spot to let you know if it occupied or not, If the spot is available it would be green and if there a car already parked there it would be red this would make the parking much quicker instead of looking to see if a car is parked in a spot a light would tell
