Although society strives to make everyone happy, it is an utterly impossible feat; someone will always oppose another and a compromise cannot always be settled. These disputes and discrepancies bring to light the different positions on varying debates. Recently there has been a dispute over transgender restroom use. The dilemma: should transgender people use the restroom they identify with or birth gender? Although many feel that transgender people deserve the right to choose freely, that freedom comes with many risks and identifying one's gender cannot be changed by mere choice.
