Background information: Reviews can easily be faked to make it seem better than it is by offering free things to the customers if they do a review or just because they work there and will help out sales, also reviews can be taken advantage to make a restaurant have a bad reputation and lose money from that review.
Thesis: Reviews should not be trusted by the many ways it can help or hurt a company and restaurant.
