Persuasive Essay On Women's Equal Pay

For many years, women have been fighting to make sure women and men earn the same pay for the same work. As a woman myself I am faced with this issue as I enter into my career field. When working in a male dominated industry wage discrimination can be an issue. In 2018, women should not have to fight for women’s equal pay within the workplace at the current moment. For over fifty years, women have been fight for equal rights, since women have been granted the right to vote. Women’s issue with equal pay as men for the same job has been a part of the cause for women’s rights. In 2018, women’s equal pay should not be an issue women are still fight for at this present moment.
